摘　　要：In response to the CPC(Communist Party of China)Central Committee and the State Council(the central government's cabinet)fs call to“encourage people to do business creatively,and to drive innovation”,the All-China Women’s Federation(ACWF)in May launched the“Jianhang Cup”China Women’s Handicraft Entrepreneurship and Innovation Contest.The federation's intention was to promote traditional cultural heritage,to encourage women to escape poverty by creating crafts,and to strengthen womenfs entrepreneurial competence.The final round of the contest was held on November 7-8 in Wuhan,capital of Central China's Hubei Province.为进一步发挥手工产业助力妇女脱贫、吸纳妇女就业、促进妇女创业、传承手工文化的积极作用,激励广大妇女释放创新活力和创造潜能,今年5月,全国妇联启动中国妇女手工创业创新大赛。连月来,参赛选手展示精湛技艺和巧思妙想,各赛区积极整合资源,推动妇女特色手工产业发展壮大,助力妇女就业增收、脱贫致富。11月7日至8日,大赛总决赛在武汉举行。
