混凝土深齿墙在软岩坝基防渗处理中的应用

摘  要:为研究软岩坝基在防渗处理中如何取得良好效果,达到设计指标和满足规范要求,依托牙扎水库为实际案例,对灌浆设计、灌浆方法、灌浆压力、灌浆工艺及检测成果进行总结,分析质量不合格的原因。结果表明:不合格孔段主要集中在压浆板以下10 m深度范围内,不合格原因主要是50 cm厚的混凝土压浆板盖重过小,锚筋在软岩中难以起到抗拔的作用,当施加灌浆压力后,浅层岩体及压浆板易抬动,造成压力难以提高,导致防渗效果较差,灌浆质量达不到设计指标。通过采用混凝土深齿墙置换压浆板(厚度50 cm)和板下浅层岩体(深度5 m),并在墙下灌浆,经1 MPa压力压水检测后,透水率均小于5 Lu,达到设计指标并满足了规范要求,说明混凝土深齿墙结构设计合理,达到了预期的效果。混凝土深齿墙在本案例软岩坝基防渗处理中的应用,对于类似不良地质条件下的坝基防渗处理设计能起到一定的指导和借鉴作用。In order to study the anti-seepage treatment of a dam foundation on soft rock and meet the design requirements and the specification,taking the Yazha reservoir as an actual case,the grouting design,method,pressure,process and testing are summarized and the causes of quality failure are analyzed.The results show that the unqualified hole sections are mainly concentrated in the depth range of 10 m below the pressure plate.The failure caused by original design of the 50 cm thick slab is too small,and the anchor ribs are difficult to resist in soft rock.The effect of the grouting,the shallow rock mass and the pressure plate are easy to lift,which makes the grouting pressure difficult to improve,resulting in poor effect.The grouting quality can not reach the design specification.The effect is significantly improved by replacement of concrete plate with the concrete deep tooth wall(thickness 50 cm)and shallow rock mass under the plate(depth 5 m)and grouting under the wall.After 1 MPa pressure water test,the water permeability is less than 5 Lu,which meets the design specification requirements,indicating rationality of the concrete deep tooth.The application of concrete deep-toothed wall in the anti-seepage treatment of soft rock dam foundation in this case can provide some guidance and reference for the design of dam foundation anti-seepage treatment under similar unfavorable geological conditions.
