免煎中药外洗治疗婴儿湿疹临床观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨免煎中药制剂外洗治疗婴儿湿疹的疗效。方法 研究时间为2018年6月-2018年12月,回顾144例婴儿湿疹病例,其中对照组72例以醋酸地塞米松乳膏外用,研究组72例使用免煎中药外洗。对比2组湿疹治疗结果,丘疹、红斑、皮屑等症状消退时间,用药期间不良反应发生情况。同时随访5个月,统计并对比2组湿疹复发情况。结果 研究组和对照组治疗总有效率分别为95. 83%、94. 44%,2组比较,P> 0. 05;研究组丘疹、红斑、皮屑等症状消失时间分别为(17. 28±3. 24) d、(24. 05±5. 23) d、(30. 52±4. 29) d,均显著少于对照组,P <0. 05;不良反应上,研究组发生率明显低于对照组,P <0. 05。随访5个月,研究组患儿湿疹复发率5. 56%低于对照组16. 67%,P <0. 05。结论 使用免煎中药外洗治疗婴儿湿疹,可起到快速清热解毒、祛风止痒的效果,疗效好,安全性高,使用方便,并且对于预防湿疹复发有积极意义,值得推广使用。Objective To explore the curative effect of external washing of non-decocting Chinese herbal medicine in the treatment of infantile eczema. Methods The study time was from June to December 2018. 144 cases of infantile eczema in our department were reviewed. 72 cases in the control group were treated with dexamethasone acetate cream for external use,and 72 cases in the study group were treated with external washing of non-decocting Chinese herbal medicine. The treatment results of eczema between the two groups,the time for symptoms such as papules,erythema and dandruff to subside,and the occurrence of adverse reactions during medication was compared.At the same time,follow-up for 5 months,statistics and comparison of eczema recurrence between the two groups was carried out. Results The total effective rates of the study group and the control group were 95. 83% and 94. 44% respectively,and the comparison between the two groups was P > 0. 05. The disappearance time of papules,erythema and dandruff in the study group were( 17. 28 ± 3. 24) d,( 24. 05 ±5. 23) d and( 30. 52 ± 4. 29) d respectively,which were significantly less than those in the control group P < 0. 05. Adverse reactions in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). Following up for 5 months,the recurrence rate of eczema in the study group was 5. 56%,which was lower than that in the control group( 16. 67%) P < 0. 05. Conclusion External washing of non-decocting Chinese herbal medicine in the treatment of infantile eczema has the effects of clearing away heat and toxic materials,dispelling pathogenic wind and relieving itching. It has good curative effect,high safety and convenient use. It has positive significance for preventing eczema recurrence and is worth popularizing.
