护胎口服液对脾肾两虚型早期先兆流产妊娠结局的影响

摘　　要：目的 研究护胎口服液联合西药治疗脾肾两虚型早期先兆流产的妊娠结局。方法 选择符合纳入标准的脾肾两虚型先兆流产患者60例,给予护胎口服液连续口服14 d后,进行自身前后对照,比较服药前后患者有效性、临床症状积分及血清性激素水平,随访患者最终妊娠结局。结果 60例患者治疗结束后,总有效率95. 00%;治疗前中医症状评分为(21. 43±22. 98)分,治疗后为(3. 76±3. 12)分,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 01)。与治疗前比较,治疗后60例患者血清E2、P、HCG水平升高,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 01)。在本研究60例患者中,53例足月分娩,母婴平安。3例在研究过程中出现自然流产或稽留流产,1例孕20周因羊水过少引产,1例孕30周宫颈松弛自然流产,2例于孕13周无明显诱因胚胎停止发育。结论 护胎口服液能够改善脾肾两虚型早期先兆流产患者临床症状、性激素水平,临床疗效及保胎成功率高,改善妊娠结局。Objective To study the pregnancy outcome of Hutai oral liquid combined with western medicine on pregnancy outcome of early threatened abortion in deficiency of spleen and kidney type.Methods Sixty patients with spleen-kidney deficiency type threatened abortion who met the inclusion criteria were selected.After oral administration for 14 days,the patients were given self-control before and after treatment.The patient’s effectiveness,clinical symptom score and serum sex hormone level were compared before and after taking the drug.Patients were followed-up on final pregnancy outcome.Results After treatment,the total effective rate was 95.00%.The score of TCM symptoms before treatment was(21.43±22.98)score,and after treatment was(3.76±3.12)score,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Compared with before treatment,the serum E2,P and HCG levels of 60 patients after treatment increased significantly(P<0.01).Of the 60 patients in this study,53 delivered at full term,and the mother and baby were safe.There were 3 cases of spontaneous abortion or missed abortion during the study,1 case of induced abortion due to oligohydramnios at 20 weeks of gestation,1 case of spontaneous abortion due to cervical relaxation at 30 weeks of gestation,and 2 cases of spontaneous abortion due to no obvious inducement of embryo development at 13 weeks of gestation.Conclusion Hutai oral liquid can improve clinical symptoms and sex hormone levels in patients with spleen and kidney deficiency,improve clinical efficacy and success rate of pregnancy,and improve pregnancy outcome.
