摘　　要：介绍了螺纹钢筋新国标实施以来,中冶华天工程技术有限公司设计产线HRB400E级螺纹钢筋的合金减量化绿色生产实践,阐述了产线水冷设备和闭环控冷系统的控制原理和优势。实践中探索的"弱穿水+微合金化"方案,利用闭环控冷系统在线控制水箱的冷却过程,以多段分级冷却的控冷工艺,成功实现"以水代金"减量化生产各个规格的HRB400E螺纹钢筋,产品完全满足新国标要求,也有效降低了Mn、V的添加量,给企业节约了生产成本,非常具有推广意义。This paper describes the HRB400 E green production practice of a new bar production line designed by Huatian Engineering & Technology Co. MCC under newly issued national standard,and expounds the advantages and control principles of both water cooling equipment and closed-loop controlled cooling system. The new production line gropes and succeeds in manufacturing series of HRB400 E specifications with lower alloy cost,by combining closed-loop controlled water cooling and microalloying. The combination utilizes closed-loop controlled cooling system to on-line control cooling process in water box,and realize multistage cooling scheme. All the specifications meet the latest national standard and reduce contents of Mn and V remarkably. The water cooling scheme and relevant control technology saves manufacturing costs and deserves promotion.
