摘  要:基于永磁电机系统构成,重点说明其性能特点,同时对永磁直驱系统、CST/调速液耦系统和异步变频系统进行性能对比,结合综合原料场EPC工程应用及相应系统胶带机工艺设计特点,进行原料场胶带机永磁电机驱动技术应用实践探讨。实践表明,永磁同步电机比同容量异步电机效率提高3%~12%,且在体积和最高工作转速与异步电机相同的情况下,输出功率也高出10%~20%,系统节能率可达20.62%。According to the constitution of permanent magnet motor system,the performance characteristics of permanent magnet motor system are emphasized. At the same time,the performances of permanent magnet direct drive system,CST/speed control hydraulic coupling system and asynchronous frequency conversion system are compared. Combined with the application of EPC project in comprehensive raw material yard and the process design characteristics of corresponding system belt conveyor,the application practice of permanent magnet motor driving technology for belt conveyor in raw material yard is discussed. Practice shows that the efficiency of permanent magnet synchronous motor is 3% ~ 12% higher than that of the same capacity asynchronous motor,and the output power is 10% ~ 20% higher than that of the asynchronous motor under the same volume and maximum working speed,and the energy saving rate of the system can reach 20. 62%.
