摘　　要：针对目前差压流量计检定系统存在自动化程度低、工作强度大、效率低,只能检测单一口径等问题,设计并开发了可以检定4种不同口径的差压流量计自动检定系统。本系统采用配置i FIX的工控机作为上位机,西门子300系列的PLC作为下位机,通过现场二次仪表等设备采集数据。综合采用各种通信方式,实现执行器控制和流量等数据采集的全部自动化。相关数据自动导入Excel文件并自动生成检定结果。Aiming at the problems of low automation,high working intensity and low efficiency in the current verification system of differential pressure flowmeters,which can only detect a single caliber,an automatic verification system for four different calibers of differential pressure flowmeters is designed and developed. In this system,the industrial computer with i FIX is used as the upper computer,and the PLC of Siemens 300 series is used as the lower computer to collect data through the secondary instruments on the spot. Different communication modes are adopted to realize the automation of actuator control and flow data acquisition. Relevant data are automatically imported into Excel files and verification results are automatically generated.
