2015-2018年四川省介入与核医学放射工作人员职业外照射个人剂量分析

摘　　要：目的了解四川省2015-2018年介入、核医学放射工作人员职业外照射个人剂量水平,评价防护状况。方法按照四川省职业性放射性疾病监测与健康风险评估方案要求,对四川省25家三级医院、42家二级医院介入和核医学放射工作人员的个人剂量进行检测,使用SPSS软件对数据进行方差检验、t检验,并对其结果进行评价。结果2015-2018年共分别检测介入和核医学工作人员个人剂量2955人和762人,介入工作人员人均年剂量分别为0.83、1.09、0.84、0.77 mSv/a,核医学工作人员人均年剂量分别为0.86、1.07、0.41、0.91 mSv/a。结论四川省介入、核医学放射工作人员人均年有效剂量满足国家标准要求,但放射防护工作仍有待进一步提高。Objective To understand the personal dose levels of external occupational radiation of interventional and nuclear medicine radiation of workers in Sichuan province from 2015 to 2018,and to evaluate the protection status.Methods According to the requirements of the Sichuan Occupational Radiological Disease Surveillance and Health Risk Assessment Program,the individual doses of interventional and nuclear medicine staff were measured and the results were evaluated.Results A total of 2955 and 762 individuals of interventional and nuclear medicine staff were detected from 2015 to 2018.The average annual doses of intervention staff were 0.83,1.09,0.84,and 0.77 mSv/a,and the average annual doses of nuclear medicine staff were 0.86,1.07,0.41,0.91 mSv/a.Conclusion The per capita annual effective dose of interventional and nuclear medicine radiation workers in Sichuan Province meets the requirements of national standards,but the radiation protection work still needs to be further improved.
