摘  要:目的调查四川省绵阳市、广元市和乐山市地表γ辐射剂量率水平,分析其所致公众的辐射剂量负担,为辐射防护研究提供基础数据。方法根据《辐射环境监测技术规范》(HJ/T 61-2001)的方法,调查绵阳市、广元市和乐山市地表γ辐射剂量率水平,依据《环境地表γ辐射剂量率测定规范》(GB 14583-1993)估算其致公众的辐射剂量负担。数据统计采用秩合检验,以P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果绵阳市、广元市和乐山市γ辐射水平范围分别为10.0~90.0 nGy/h、35.8~131.5 nGy/h和50.0~100.0 nGy/h;所致人均年有效剂量分别为336.0μSv/a、430.5μSv/a和391.0μSv/a。结论绵阳市、广元市和乐山市3个市地表γ辐射所致公众外照射有效剂量均低于全国平均值(540μSv/a)和世界典型值(500μSv/a),其地表γ辐射外照射水平均属于正常的本底水平。Objective To investigate the surface gamma radiation dose rate of three cities involving nuclear facilities in Mianyang City,Guangyuan City and Leshan City of Sichuan Province,in order and to analyze the radiation dose burden on the public,and to provide basic data for radiation protection research.Methods According to the“technical criteria for radiation environmental monitoring”(HJ/T 61-2001)method,we investigated the dose rate of surface gamma radiation dose rate of three cities involving nuclear facilities in Sichuan Province,and we estimated the radiation dose burden to the public according to the“Norm for the measurement of environmental terrestrial gamma-radiation dose rate”(GB14583-1993).Data statistics were analyzed by rank test.P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results The levels of gamma radiation of three cities involving nuclear facilities were 10.0-90.0 nGy/h,35.8-131.5 nGy/h and 50.0-100.0 nGy/h respectively,and the effective dose per capita was 336.0 Sv/a,430.5 Sv/a,391.0 Sv/a respectively.Conclusion The effective dose of gamma radiation caused by the public exposure in three nuclear related cities is lower than the national average(540μSv/a)and the typical value(500μSv/a),and the surface gamma radiation belongs to normal natural background level.
