摘 要:目的分析DR摄片和高千伏摄片在职业性尘肺病诊断中的优缺点,为相关机构采用何种摄片方式进行职业健康体检提供参考依据。方法对70名申请尘肺病诊断的劳动者,分别进行高千伏摄片和DR摄片,对比两种摄片方式的诊断结论,胸片质量以及小阴影的显示效果。率的比较采用卡方检验,以P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果DR摄片与高千伏摄片在尘肺病诊断结论上一致率较高(85.71%),且采用DR摄片技术胸片质量优于传统高千伏摄片(χ^2=10.161,P=0.001)。DR摄片对小阴影的显示更加清晰。结论严格按照诊断标准中数字化摄影要求所拍摄的DR胸片与高千伏胸片具有良好的可比性,能够广泛的应用到职业性尘肺病的体检筛查中。Objective The advantages and disadvantages of DR radiography and high kv radiography in the diagnosis of occupational pneumoconiosis were analyzed and to provide theoretical basis for the relevant institutions to adopt the radiography method for occupational health examination.Methods Seventy workers who applied for pneumoconiosis diagnosis were taken high-kv radiography and DR radiography respectively,and the diagnostic conclusions,chest radiography quality and the display effect of small shadows were compared.The data were statistically analyzed with SPSS 23.0 software.Results DR radiography and high kv radiography had a higher consistency rate in the diagnosis of pneumoconiosis(85.71%),and the quality of chest radiography was better than that of traditional high kv radiography(χ^2=10.161,P<0.05).DR photography was better for showing small shadows.Conclusion DR chest radiographs which was taken in strict accordance with the requirements of digital photography in the diagnostic criteria had a good comparability with high-kv chest radiographs,which can be widely used in the physical screening of occupational pneumoconiosis.
