摘　　要：目的探讨克龄蒙联合优思明治疗功能性子宫出血的疗效及安全性。方法选取2017年1月~2018年12月本院功能性子宫出血患者60例,依据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例,对照组给予优思明治疗,观察组在此基础给予克龄蒙治疗。结果观察组治疗后的FSH、LH、E2水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的治疗有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应基本相同,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论克龄蒙联合优思明治疗功能性子宫出血疗效确切,可改善患者的性激素,且具有良好的安全性,值得临床进一步推广。Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety analysis of Climen combined with Yasmin in the treatment of functional uterine bleeding. Methods 60 patients with functional uterine bleeding in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected. The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table, 30 patients in each group. The control group was given Yasmin and the observation group was given Climen treatment on this basis. Results The levels of FSH, LH and E2 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The adverse reactions of the two groups were basically the same, and there was no significant difference(P>0.05). Conclusion Climen combined with Yasmin is effective in the treatment of functional uterine bleeding, which can improve the sex hormones of patients and has good safety. Therefore, it is worth for further clinical promotion.
