摘 要:目的探讨婴幼儿喘息性支气管炎与血25羟基维生素D〔25(OH)D〕相关性研究。方法选取在2017年7月~2018年6月我院收治的30例喘息性支气管炎患儿作为喘息组,同时期收治的30例肺炎患儿肺炎组,再另设30例健康婴幼儿分为健康组,采用电化学发光仪、免疫比色法和ELISA分析血清内25(OH)D、免疫球蛋白IgE(IgE)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)的表达。结果喘息组患儿体内25(OH)D水平显著低于肺炎组和健康组,而喘息组的IgE水平明显高于其他两组,这两项指标在三组之间的比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);喘息组患者血清中IL-6水平高于肺炎组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),肺炎组IL-6水平高于健康组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论外周血血25羟基维生素D表达降低和婴幼儿喘息性支气管炎发病具有相关性,25(OH)D的缺乏有可能会刺激IgE水平和白介素6水平升高,加重喘息性支气管炎疾病的发生。Objective To investigate the correlation between infant asthmatic bronchitis and blood 25-hydroxyvitamin D [25(OH)D]. Methods 30 pediatric patients with asthmatic bronchitis admitted to our hospital from July 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the asthmatic group,30 pediatric patients with pneumonia during the same period were selected as the pneumonia group,and another 30 healthy infants were selected as the healthy group.The expressions of 25(OH)D,immunoglobulin IgE and interleukin-6(IL-6) in serum was analyzed by electrochemical luminescence,immuocolorimetry and ELISA. Results The 25(OH)D level in the asthmatic group was significantly lower than that in the pneumonia group and the healthy group,while the IgE level in the asthmatic group was significantly higher than that in the other two groups.The differences of the two indicators between the three groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum IL-6 level in the asthmatic group were significantly higher than that in the pneumonia group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The IL-6 level in the pneumonia group was significantly higher than that in the healthy group,and the difference was also statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The decrease of 25-hydroxyvitamin D expression in peripheral blood is associated with the onset of asthmatic bronchitis in infants.The lack of 25(OH)D may stimulate the levels of IgE and interleukin-6,and aggravate the occurrence of asthmatic bronchitis.
