摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈在降低内科病房收费错漏率中的作用。方法成立品管圈小组。通过调查统计现况值,结合圈能力确立目标值,运用头脑风暴和8020法则分别找出导致问题的要因和真因。针对真因,找到对策,经过对策的实施得出对策实施后的现况值。结果在品管圈实施之前,收费错漏率较高,在品管圈成立之后,收费错漏率降低,有所改善,前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。除了团队协作精神维度未计算出t值和P值,及交流沟通能力维度的P值>0.05外在品管圈成立之前护理人员的工作积极性、团队凝聚力、改善服务理念等得分较低。在品管圈成立之后,各个方面均有所改善,经统计差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论开展品管圈活动,使内科病房收费错漏率显著降低。Objective To explore the role of quality control circle in reducing mistake-omission rate of charge in internal medicine wards. Methods A quality control circle group was established.By investigating investigation values of the current situation,the target value was established in combination with the circle capacity.Brainstorming and 8020 rules were used to find out major reasons and real reasons.In view of real reasons,the countermeasures were found and the current status value after the implementation of the countermeasures was obtained. Results Before the implementation of the quality control circle,the mistake-omission rate of charge was higher.After the establishment of quality control circle,the mistake-omission rate of charge was decreased and there was improvement.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Except for the t-value and p-value of the teamwork spirit dimension were not calculated and the P-value of the communication dimension was over 0.05,the scores of work enthusiasm,team cohesion and improvement of service concept of the nursing staff were relatively low before the establishment of the quality control circle.After the quality control circle was established,all aspects were improved,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Conducting quality control circle activity can significantly reduce the mistake-omission rate of charge in internal medicine wards.
