摘  要:为确保贵州省黔中水利枢纽一期工程总干渠6座主跨108~200 m的上承式混凝土箱形截面拱式渡槽的结构安全,基于渡槽与桥梁的工程类比,采用杆系有限元法对渡槽进行了设计。通过对同等跨度条件下渡槽与桥梁的结构设计标准、结构构造的深入比较,结合渡槽自身的荷载特点、施工方法建立了不同结构尺寸的计算模型进行分析,确定了渡槽的结构构造尺寸;同时通过开展机制砂混凝土的试验研究,确定了拱圈C45、C55混凝土的配合比。上述6座渡槽的充水试验表明,结构的力学变形性能符合设计预期,并于2018年1月投入运行,其设计实践经验可供今后同类型渡槽参考。In order to ensure the structural safety of six arch aqueducts with 108~200 m main span in the main trunk canal of the first phase of Guizhou Qianzhong Water Conservancy Project,based on the engineering analogy between the aqueduct and the bridge,the finite element method of pole system is used to design the aqueduct.Through an in-depth comparison of structural design standards and structures between aqueducts and bridges under the same span conditions,based on the load characteristics of aqueducts and construction methods,the calculation models of different structural sizes are established and analyzed,and the structural dimensions of aqueducts are determined.At the same time,the mix ratios of concrete C45 and C55 in arch rings are determined through an experimental study of manufactured sand concrete.The water filling tests of the six aqueducts show that the mechanical deformation performance of the structure meets the design expectation and would be put into operation in January 2018.The design experience can be used as a reference for similar aqueducts in the future.
