摘　　要：金鸡胶囊是治疗妇科疾病的口服中成药,临床常用于治疗湿热下注引起的附件炎、子宫内膜炎、盆腔炎等妇科疾病;但金鸡胶囊的物质基础尚不明确、质量标准不够全面,《卫生部药品标准》中药成方制剂第十六册中仅有性状鉴别,无特定的含量测定指标。综述了金鸡胶囊组方药材的主要化学成分、药理作用、质量标准、质量控制方法等的研究进展,为金鸡胶囊物质基础研究提供了理论基础。Jinji Capsule is an oral Chinese patent medicine for gynecological diseases.It is often used to treat gynecological diseases such as adnexitis,endometritis,and pelvic inflammation caused by damp-heat injection.The material basis of Jinji Capsule is not clear,and the quality standard is not enough comprehensively specified.At present,the sixteenth volume of Chinese traditional medicine preparations in the Drug Standards of the Ministry of Health only has character identification,and there is no specific content determination index.In this paper,we summarize the research progress of main chemical constituents,pharmacological effect,quality standard,and quality control method of Jinji Capsule,which provides a theoretical basis for the study of the material basis of Jinji Capsule.
