摘　　要：目的探析顺产后白细胞变化的特征。方法选取2017年7月-2019年7月在我院顺产的100例产妇作为主要研究对象,分别于产前、产后第1 d、产后第2 d、产后第3 d对所有产妇的白细胞计数、中性粒细胞进行测定,并对产前与产后的白细胞计数、中性粒细胞结果进行比较。结果产后第1 d、产后第2 d的白细胞计数均高于产前,有显著差异(P<0.05),但产前与产后第3 d的白细胞计数比较无显著差异(P>0.05);产前与产后第1 d、产后第2 d、产后第3 d的中性粒细胞百分比比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论顺产后产妇伴有白细胞计数和中性粒细胞百分比升高,临床上可通过监测白细胞计数和中性粒细胞百分比的变化及时发现产褥期疾病,同时也能够准确的反映出身体感染情况,具备指导价值,值得进一步推广应用。Objective To analyze the characteristics of white blood cell changes after delivery.Methods A total of 100 women who gave birth in our hospital from July 2017 to July 2019 were selected as the main subjects.The white blood cell count and neutrophil of all women were detected at prenatal,postpartum 1 d,postpartum 2 d,and postpartum 3 d,and the prenatal and postnatal leukocyte counts and neutrophil results were compared.Results The white blood cell counts at 1 d postpartum and 2 d postpartum were significantly higher than those before prenatal(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in white blood cell count between prenatal and postnatal 3 d(P>0.05).The difference in neutrophil ratio between the first day,the second day after delivery,and the third day after delivery was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Postpartum maternal women have an increased white blood cell count and neutrophil ratio.Clinically,the leukocyte count and neutrophil ratio can be monitored to detect puerperal disease in time,and the body infection can be accurately reflected.It has guiding value and is worthy of further promotion and application.
