生物补片在成人腹股沟绞窄疝的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨生物补片在成人腹股沟绞窄疝中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2015年-2017年本院收治的12例39~78岁腹股沟绞窄疝患者应用生物补片的临床资料,选取病例均为术中探查证实为小肠绞窄坏死并同期行小肠部分切除吻合与无张力疝修补的患者。结果12例患者均顺利恢复出院。手术时间95~135 min,平均(114.2±12.4)min,补片外引流放置时间68~126 h,平均(95.0±18.9)h,胃肠功能恢复时间60~95 h,平均(84.4±11.5)h,住院时间7~13 d,平均(11.0±2.0)d。未出现腹腔感染、肠梗阻、切口感染、补片排斥等并发症。术后随访10~18个月,平均(15.4±2.5)个月,无复发。结论成人腹股沟绞窄疝用生物补片行一期修补的效果满意,疗效确切。Objective To investigate the clinical application of biologic meshes used in adult inguinal strangulated hernia.Methods From 2015 to 2017,the clinical data of 12 cases of biologic meshes used in adult inguinal strangulated hernia in Nanping First Hospital of Fujian province were retrospectively analyzed.All cases were with small intestine necrosis,and the small intestine were excised partially with hernia repaired at the same time.Results All of the 12 cases were primary healing.The operation time was 95~135 min,with an average of(114.2±12.4)min;Drainage tube laying aside time was 68~126 h,with an average of(95.0±18.9)h;The gastrointestinal function restore time was 60~95 h,with an average of(84.4±11.5)h,and the hospitalization time was 7~13 d,with an average of(11.0±2.0)d.There were no complications like the abdominal cavity infection,intestinal obstruction,incisional infection,rejection reaction of patch and so on.After an average follow-up period of(15.4±2.5)months(range 10 to 18 months),recurrence wasn’t found.Conclusion The method of biologic meshes used in adult inguinal strangulated hernia is effective and feasible.
