运动疗法在膝关节骨关节炎治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨运动疗法在膝关节骨关节治疗中的应用效果。方法将我院2017年8月-2018年8月收治的92例膝关节骨关节炎患者为研究对象,按就诊先后顺序随机分为对照组和观察组,每组46例。所有患者均给予玻璃酸钠注射液治疗,观察组在此基础上联合运动疗法治疗。两组患者均以4周为1个疗程,治疗4个疗程后评估疗效。结果观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组Lysholm膝关节功能评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组Lysholm评分均显著升高(P<0.05),观察组上述指标水平优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期间两组均无明显不良反应,观察组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论膝关节骨关节治疗中联合运动疗法能提高疗效,改善膝关节功能,减少复发,安全性高。Objective To investigate the effect of exercise therapy in the treatment of knee joint.Methods Selected 92 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to August 2018 as the research objects,and randomly divided them into the control group and the observation group according to the order of patients’treatment,with 46 cases in each group.All patients were treated with sodium hyaluronate injection,and the observation group was treated with exercise therapy on this basis.Patients in both groups were treated with a course of treatment for 4 weeks,and the efficacy was evaluated after 4 courses of treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in Lysholm knee function score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),while Lysholm score was significantly increased in both groups after treatment,and the above index level in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).During the treatment period,there were no significant adverse reactions in the two groups,and follow-up showed that the recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions In the treatment of knee Osteoarthritis,combined exercise therapy can improve the curative effect,improve the function of knee joint,reduce the recurrence,and has high safety.
