摘　　要：目的研究他汀类药物联合参附注射液治疗冠心病患者的临床效果。方法对2015年12月-2018年7月我院入院治疗的142例冠心病患者进行了研究,随机分为两组,每组71例,在常规硝酸甘油、降压药物治疗基础上,对照组患者加用瑞舒伐他汀,观察组采用瑞舒伐他汀联合参附注射液进行治疗。结果经过治疗,观察组患者心绞痛的有效率可达95.8%;观察组患者治疗后6 min步行距离为(249.7±11.0)m,生活质量评分为(81.4±21.4)分,显著高于对照组(198.4±10.7)m和(60.2±20.0)分;观察组临床总有效率可达94.4%,高于对照组83.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论他汀类药物联合参附注射液治疗冠心病临床效果显著,患者心绞痛症状改善情况更好,临床总有效率更高,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of statins and Shenfu on treatment of coronary heart.Methods 142 patients from December 2015 to July 2018 were randomly divided into two groups,71 patients in each group,all patients were given conventional therapy,the control was adminstrated rosuvastatin,the observation group was given rosuvastatin combined with Shenfu treatment.Results After treatment,the angina efficiency in observation group was up to 95.8%;The 6 min walking distance(249.7±11.0)m and quality of life score(81.4±21.4)in observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(198.4±10.7)m and(60.2±20.0).Total efficiency in observation group was up to 94.4%,which was higher than 83.1%in the control group,it had significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of statins joint Shenfu injection on coronary was significant,the symptoms of angina was improved,the total clinical effective rate was higher,which should be widely applied.
