摘　　要：目的研究噻托溴铵联合布地奈德治疗哮喘-慢阻肺重叠综合征的疗效和安全性。方法2016年12月-2018年12月,选取我院收治的56例哮喘-慢阻肺重叠综合征患者,分为观察组和对照组,采用抽签的方法分组,每组28人,对照组患者采用布地奈德做治疗,观察组则采用噻托溴铵联合布地奈德治疗哮喘-慢阻肺重叠综合征,对比两组患者的治疗效果和患者生活质量情况。结果在治疗总有效率方面观察组和对照组分别为96.43%、64.29%,观察组较高,P<0.05;同时观察组和对照组的生活质量评分分别为(44.25±3.71)分(、32.13±4.40)分、(43.56±2.32)分,(37.16±2.88)分、(27.58±3.21)分、(35.51±3.95)分,对照组较差,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论噻托溴铵联合布地奈德治疗哮喘-慢阻肺重叠综合征有良好的效果,能够缓解患者症状,提高生活质量。Objective To study the efficacy and safety of tiotropium bromide combined with budesonide in the treatment of asthma-chronic obstructive pulmonary overlap syndrome.Methods 56 patients with asthma-chronic obstructive pulmonary overlap syndrome admitted to our hospital from December 2016 to December 2018 were selected.They were divided into observation group and control group by drawing lots,with 28 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with budesonide,while the observation group was treated with tiotropium bromide combined with budesonide in the treatment of asthmachronic obstructive pulmonary overlap syndrome.The therapeutic effect and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results It was effective in the treatment.The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.43%,which was higher than 64.29%in the control group,P<0.05.At the same time,the life quality scores of the observation group and the control group were(44.25±3.71)points、(32.13±4.4)points、(43.56±2.32)points、(37.16±2.88)points、(27.58±3.21)points、(35.51±3.95)points respectively,and the control group was of comparative value(P<0.05).Conclusion Tiotropium bromide combined with budesonide has a good effect in the treatment of asthma-chronic obstructive pulmonary overlap syndrome,which can relieve the symptoms of patients and improve the quality of life,which is worth popularizing.
