泌尿排石汤辨证加减治疗泌尿系结石效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨泌尿系结石应用泌尿排石汤辨证加减治疗的效果及药理。方法将本院内科收治的80例泌尿系结石患者(2018年1月-2019年3月)纳入研究,随机分为对照组、观察组,各40例,对照组实施复方石淋通片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用泌尿排石汤辨证加减治疗,分析患者治疗效果、临床症状积分状况、用药不良反应状况。结果观察组总有效率97.5%与对照组80.0%组间对比更高,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=6.135,P=0.013)。观察组治疗后血尿、腰痛、肾绞痛、尿潴留症状积分分别为(0.6±0.2)分、(0.7±0.2)分、(0.7±0.1)分、(0.5±0.1)分与对照组(1.2±0.4)分、(1.8±0.3)分、(1.6±0.2)分、(1.4±0.2)分组间对比更低,差异具有统计学意义(t=8.485,P=0.000;t=19.295,P=0.000;t=18.000,P=0.000;t=25.456,P=0.000)。观察组用药不良反应发生率为2.5%与对照组5.0%组间对比差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.346,P=0.556)。结论泌尿系结石应用泌尿排石汤治疗可达到良好的排石效果,并可有效减轻患者症状,治疗安全性高。Objective To explore the effect and pharmacology of urinary excretion stone decoction in the treatment of urinary stones.Methods Eighty patients with urinary calculi admitted to our department(from January 2018 to March 2019)were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,40 cases each.The compound Shilintong was administered to the control group.For the treatment of the tablets,the observation group was added with the urinary excretion stone decoction on the basis of the control group,and the treatment effect,the clinical symptom score,and the adverse drug reaction were analyzed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.5%higher than that of the control group(80.0%).The difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.135,P=0.013).The scores of hematuria,low back pain,renal colic and urinary retention after treatment in the observation group were(0.6±0.2)points,(0.7±0.2)points,(0.7±0.1)points,(0.5±0.1)points lower than those of the control group[(1.2±0.4)points,(1.8±0.3)points,(1.6±0.2)points,(1.4±0.2)points],the difference was significant(t=8.485,P=0.000;t=19.295,P=0.000;t=18.000,P=0.000;t=25.456,P=0.000).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group(2.5%)and the control group(5.0%,χ2=0.346,P=0.556).Conclusion The treatment of urinary excretion stone decoction with urinary arborvitae can achieve a good effect of stone removal,and can effectively alleviate the symptoms of patients,and the safety of treatment is high.
