肝硬化患者血清补体水平与其他血液检查指标的关系

摘　　要：目的研究肝硬化患者血清总补体活性(CH50)、C3和C4与其它血液检查指标的关系。方法回顾性研究,选取171例肝硬化患者,男75例,女96例,平均(58.87±13.50)岁。分析肝硬化患者血清CH50、C3和C4与肝硬化诊治相关血液检查指标关系。结果CH50、C3和C4与性别、年龄以及抗核抗体(ANA)的阳性与否均无关。CH50、C3和C4在HBsAg阳性组、丙肝抗体阳性组和HBsAg与丙肝抗体均阴性组中存在差异。IgG、IgA、总胆汁酸(TBA)、血浆凝血酶原时间(PT)和部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)与CH50、C3和C4均呈负相关,而与白蛋白(ALB)、白球比(A/G)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(γ-GT)、胆碱酯酶(CHE)、前白蛋白(PA)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)、血小板(PLT)均呈正相关。结论肝硬化患者补体水平与多项血液检查指标密切相关,在肝硬化的发病中起到重要的作用,应重视肝硬化患者的补体检测。Objective To study relationships between serum levels of complement and other blood indicators in subjects with cirrhosis.Methods 171 subjects with cirrhosis were selected,including 75 males and 96 females,whose average age was 58.87±13.50.The relationships between the total complement activity(CH50),C3,C4 and other blood indicators were analyzed.Results CH50,C3 and C4 were not relevant with gender,age and antinuclear antibodies(ANA).CH50,C3,and C4 levels differed in HBsAg(+)group,anti-HCV(+)group and HBsAg(-)-anti-HCV(-)group.CH50,C3 and C4 positively correlated with IgG,IgA,TBA,PT and APTT,negatively correlated with ALB,A/G,ALP,γ-GT,CHE,PA,FIB,PLT.Conclusion Complement is closely related to the condition of cirrhosis.Complement plays an important role in the pathogenesis of liver cirrhosis.More attention should pay to the detection of complement in subjects with cirrhosis.
