ENA抗体与体液免疫检验在SLE诊断中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的讨论在系统性红斑狼疮(systemic lupus erythematosus,SLE)临床诊断中采用抗可溶性抗原(extractable nuclear antigen,ENA)抗体和体液免疫检验的应用效果。方法将2018年4月-2019年2月在我院确诊为SLE的46例患者作为试验组,将同期在我院体检后身体健康的41例体检者作为对照组,所有研究对象同时接受ENA抗体和体液免疫检验,比较两组研究对象各项血清体液免疫水平以及相关指标阳性率。结果由结果得知,试验组患者C3、C4水平低于对照组,同时IgG、IgA水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组IgG阳性者共有2例,阳性率为4.9%,C3阳性者共有3例,阳性率为7.3%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论ENA抗体和体液免疫检验在SLE在临床诊断中,能够有效提升疾病诊断的正确率,为后期良好的治疗效果提供重要的基础,具有较高的应用价值。Objective To discuss the application of ENA antibody and humoral immunity test in the clinical diagnosis of SLE(systemic lupus erythematosus).Methods 46 patients with SLE diagnosed in our hospital from April 2018 to February 2019 were selected as the experimental group.41 healthy patients after physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.All patients received ENA antibody and humoral immunity test at the same time.The serum humoral immunity level and the positive rate of related indicators were compared between the two groups.Results The results showed that the levels of C3 and C4 in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of IgG and IgA were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were 2 IgG-positive patients in the control group,the positive rate was 4.9%,and 3 C3-positive patients,the positive rate was 7.3%,which was significantly different from that in the experimental group.There was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion ENA antibody and humoral immunity test in SLE clinical diagnosis can effectively improve the correct rate of disease diagnosis,provide an important basis for the later good treatment effect,and have high application value.
