风险意识在手术室护理管理中应用的效果评价

摘　　要：目的分组对比探讨风险意识在手术室护理管理中的应用价值。方法将本院2017年1月-2019年1月手术室实施手术治疗的72例患者作为本次研究对象,按照入院顺序分两组,对照组36例,研究组36例;对照组患者手术过程中实施常规护理,研究组患者手术护理中加强风险意识管理,对比两组患者手术过程中护理差错事件的发生情况及其对护理工作的满意情况。结果研究组手术患者护理后各类护理差错事件的发生率明显低于对照组,且患者对护理工作的满意情况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论风险意识管理在手术室护理中的应用对于手术室护理质量的提升有非常重要的促进作用,能够有效降低患者手术中护理差错事件的发生率。Objective To compare and discuss the application value of risk awareness in operating room nursing management between two groups.Methods 72 patients who underwent surgery in the operating room from January 2017 to January 2019 in the hospital were included in the study.They were divided into two groups according to the order of admission,with 36 patients in the control group and 36 patients in the study group.The control group was given the routine nursing practice,the study group was strengthened the risk awareness management in the surgical nursing,and compared the occurrence of nursing error events and the satisfaction of the nursing work in the two groups.Results The incidence of various nursing errors in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the satisfaction of the nursing work was significantly better than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of risk-aware management in operating room nursing has a very important role in promoting the quality of nursing care in the operating room.It can effectively reduce the incidence of nursing errors during surgery.
