安徽省主要高校与科研机构基础研究竞争力研究

摘　　要：国家自然科学基金可以比较公正地反映研究人员和高校及科研单位基础研究水平。分析和研究高校及科研机构获得国家自然科学基金的情况,可以比较直观地得出高校及科研单位的基础研究能力。对近五年安徽省十所主要高校及科研机构获得国家基金资助数据的分析结果表明:中国科学技术大学、合肥工业大学等中央驻皖单位在基础研究竞争力上有很大优势,安徽省属高校的基础研究竞争力与中央驻皖单位相比虽有一定差距,但近年来有了很大进步。National Natural Science Foundation of China(NSFC) can fairly reflect the basic research level of researchers, colleges and universities and scientific research institutions. By analyzing and studying the NSFC acquisition situation of colleges and universities and scientific research institutions, their basic research ability can be obtained intuitively. The data of NSFC support obtained by ten major colleges and universities and scientific research institutions in Anhui Universities in the past five years are analyzed in this paper. Results show that the central units in Anhui, such as University of Science and Technology of China, Hefei University of Technology, have great advantages in basic research competitiveness. Although there is a certain gap between the basic research competitiveness of Anhui Provincial colleges and universities and that of the central units in Anhui, great progress has already been made in recent years.
