摘 要:纳米科技正在显著地影响,推动着癌症治疗药物与诊断试剂的发展。在治疗与诊断这个交叉领域,如何将治疗与诊断有效的结合起来进而提高肿瘤治疗效率受到广泛关注。利用模板法制备一种基于金纳米粒子的链状纳米结构用于癌症诊疗一体化。该材料可有效提高拉曼信号强度用于疾病诊断;另外,由于链状纳米结构具有较大长径比,癌细胞对其表现较高吸收效率。因此,该体系可作为诊断制剂与抗癌药物的传输载体来实现癌症的诊断与治疗。Nanoparticle technologies are significantly impacting the development of both therapeutic and diagnostic agents. At the intersection between treatment and diagnosis, interest has grown for combining both paradigms into clinically effective formulations. In this study, gold nanoparticles based chain like nanostructure were developed by template method for theranostics of cancer. This system could enhance Raman scattering signals for disease diagnosis. The cancer cell exhibited much higher cellular uptake due to the big aspect ratio of chain like nanostructure. This system had potential to deliver diagnostic agents and drugs to tumor tissue for diagnosis and therapy of tumor.
