摘　　要：[目的/意义]系统地揭示虚拟社区系统功能设计领域的研究进展,以帮助相关研究人员准确把握该领域值得关注的潜在研究方向。[方法/过程]在对国内外虚拟社区系统功能设计相关文献进行评述之后,指出了该领域研究中存在的问题。[结果/结论]发现现有研究主要集中在虚拟社区的形成系统功能设计、交互系统功能设计、资源管理相关系统功能设计、个人信息管理系统功能设计以及系统功能对用户使用意愿的影响等方面,存在"系统功能设计多注重系统实现,而较少基于用户使用体验"等问题,因此未来的研究应该关注虚拟社区系统功能对用户使用效果、使用满意度的影响等研究方向。[Purpose/Significance]In order to help the researchers accurately grasp the potential research areas,the paper systematically analyzed the research status in the field of function design of virtual community.[Method/Process]After reviewing the relevant literature in the field of function design of virtual community at home and abroad,the paper gave an introduction of the existing problems.[Results/Conclusion]The existing researches mainly focused on function design of the formation system,interaction system,resource management system,and personal information management of virtual community,and the influence of system functions on users intention.There were some problem such as"system function design pays more attention to system implementation than user experience"and so on.Therefore,the future research should pay attentions to users’experience and satisfaction of virtual community and so on.
