摘  要:武宣盘龙铅锌矿矿区堵水帷幕沿线岩溶发育复杂,初步设计阶段布置排距3 m的双排孔,孔间距6 m,深度一般超过200 m。在施工中,当钻孔帷幕深度超过200 m,孔距大于4 m,我们将面临更为复杂的技术问题。通过灌浆试验,探索了大孔距深孔岩溶堵水帷幕灌浆排数、排距、孔距、孔深等灌浆技术参数,为优化设计、降低工程造价、保证工程质量等提供依据。Karst is developed and complicated along the water plugging curtain of Panlong lead-zinc mining area of Wuxuan County.At the preliminary design stage,double rows of holes with array pitch of 3 m,hole spacing of 6 m and hole depth over 200 m had been designed.When the drilling curtain depth exceeds 200 m and the hole-spacing is over 4 m,the construction will have more complicated technical problem.Grouting tests were conducted to study the technical parameters of large-spacing deep-hole karst water plugging curtain grouting including the number of arrays,array pitch,hole-spacing and hole depth etc.,which provide basis for design optimization,cost reducing and guarantee of construction quality.
