摘　　要：目的进行城市人群非特异性下腰痛(nonspecific low back pain,NLBP)的影响因素分析,为其防治提供理论依据。方法于2016年1月~2017年1月对社区居民采用问卷调查NLBP的发生情况。将调查对象分为NLBP组与正常组,调查两组人员性别、年龄、职业、劳动强度等基本情况,通过单因素及多因素Logistic回归分析确定城市人群NLBP的独立影响因素。结果355例中,NLBP者80例,发生率22.53%。单因素分析显示:NLBP组与正常组身体质量指数(Body Mass Index,BMI)、工作涉及全身振动、每周锻炼次数、年龄、工作状态、日均工作时间、劳动强度、饮酒史差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Logistic回归分析显示:BMI≥28 kg/m 2、每周锻炼<1次、工作涉及全身振动、工作固定姿势、年龄>60岁是城市人群发生NLBP的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论城市人群NLBP发病率较高,BMI≥28kg/m 2、每周锻炼<1次、工作涉及全身振动、工作固定姿势、年龄>60岁均会增加NLBP发生风险。Objective To analyze the influence factors of nonspecific low back pain(NLBP)in urban population and to provide theoretical basis for prevention and treatment of NLBP in urban population.Methods From January 2016 to January 2017,community residents were surveyed with questionnaires on the occurrence of NLBP.The subjects were divided into NLBP group and normal group.The basic conditions of gender,age,occupation and labor intensity of the two groups were investigated.The independent influencing factors of NLBP in urban population were determined by single factor and multi-factor logistic regression analysis.Results Among 355 cases,80 cases were NLBP,the incidence rate was 22.53%.Univariate analysis showed that there were significant differences between NLBP group and normal group in body mass index(BMI),work related to body vibration,weekly exercise frequency,age,working status,average working time,labor intensity and drinking history(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that BMI≥28 kg/m 2,weekly exercise<1 time,whole body vibration involved in work,fixed working posture,age>60 years old were independent influencing factors of NLBP in urban population(P<0.05).Conclusion The incidence of NLBP in urban population is high.BMI≥28 kg/m 2,weekly exercise<1 time,work involved whole body vibration,fixed working posture and age>60-year-old can increase the occurrence risk of NLBP.
