摘 要:为实现标准频率信号、电流信号和RS-485数字信号之间的相互转换,提高煤矿监测、监控系统的兼容性,设计了一种矿用本质安全型信号转换器。该转换器可以实现井下不同输出类型的设备转换,从而更为方便地接入监测监控系统,为煤矿安全生产提供决策依据。重点阐述了信号转换器的工作原理,给出硬件电路设计方案和软件设计流程。经实际应用表明,该信号转换器运行稳定可靠,有效地满足了用户的使用要求。In order to realize the mutual conversion between standard frequency signal, current signal and RS-485 digital signal and improve the compatibility of coal mine monitoring and control system, a mine intrinsically safe signal converter has been designed. The converter can realize the conversion of different output types of equipment in underground mine, thus more convenient access to monitoring and controlling system, and provide decision-making basis for coal mine safety production. The working principle of signal converter has been expounded emphatically, and the design scheme of hardware circuit and software flow chart have been given. The practical application of the signal converter shows that it runs stably and reliably, and effectively meets the user’s requirements.
