摘 要:钢带式过卷缓冲装置是煤矿提升设备中的重要部件,用于吸收提升系统的动能,其过渡段在发生过卷时可起到减小缓冲装置过卷缓冲力对提升系统的冲击的作用,因此过渡段长度对过卷制动性能有很大影响。通过理论和实例,对过渡段长度系数对过卷缓冲力、过卷速度、加速度进行了分析,其结果可为解决类似工程问题提供参考。The steel belt over-winding buffer device is an important part of the coal mine hoisting equipment, which is used to absorb the kinetic energy of the hoisting system. Its transition section can reduce the impact of the over-winding buffer force of the buffer device on the hoisting system in case of over winding, so the length of the transition section has a great impact on the over-winding braking performance. The length coefficient of transition section has been analyzed through theory and examples, and the results can provide reference for solving similar engineering problems.
