摘  要:根据新旧动能转换的需求,响应国家推动新技术、新产业、新业态的发展,结合矿井升级改造的需求,对矿井现有带式输送机采用新技术、新方法进行了探索与尝试。将传统带式输送机的驱动"联轴器+变频异步电动机+减速器"方式改为永磁直驱系统方式,不仅使系统结构得到简化,而且具有效率高、噪音低、安装方便等特点,设备维修保养工作量减小。该系统取得了较好的使用效果,为矿井后续自动化、智能化改造打下了坚实的基础。With the demand of new and old kinetic energy conversion, the state promotes the development of new technologies, new industries and new formats. According to the need of mine upgrading and transformation, the new technology and new method of existing belt conveyor in mine have been explored and attempted. The traditional belt conveyor drive mode of "coupling and frequency conversion asynchronous motor and reducer" will be changed to permanent magnet direct drive system, which not only can simplify the system structure, has high efficiency and low noise, but also can reduce the workload of equipment maintenance, and achieve good results. It also lays a solid foundation for the following automation and intelligent transformation of the mine.
