摘　　要：定额最早起源于前苏联,随后风靡全球,美国等发达国家也纷纷效仿,但随着经济和社会的发展,其响应迟钝,不符合实际等诸多弊端逐渐暴露出来。以煤炭定额为例,很多定额编制需要1~2a,编制后一部定额需要使用5~6a才进行修订,这对于每年就可以出2~3种新机型的综采设备来说,是明显不合理的,而综采设备大修费用中,配件费可占到70%以上,为此重点研究了综采设备大修配件定额,提出了一种建立综采检修配件定额编制系统的思路,阐述了综采检修配件定额编制系统的架构,以对煤炭综采设备检修的配件定额革新提供参考。Quota originated in the former Soviet Union, then became popular all over the world, including the United States and other developed countries. However, with the development of economy and society, many drawbacks such as its slow response and inconsistency with reality gradually emerged. Taking coal quota as an example, many quotas need one to two years to be compiled, and the quota needs five to six years to be revised, it is obviously unreasonable for fully mechanized mining equipment which can produce two or three new types of machines every year. In the maintenance cost of fully mechanized mining equipment, the cost of accessories can account for more than 70%. The quota of maintenance accessories for fully mechanized mining equipment has been studied, and the idea of establishing the quota compilation system for maintenance accessories of fully mechanized mining has been put forward. The structure of the quota compilation system for maintenance accessories of fully mechanized mining equipment has been elaborated to provide reference for the innovation of the quota of maintenance accessories for fully mechanized mining equipment.
