摘 要:采用响应曲面设计(Box-Behnken设计)优化补偿收缩混凝土力学性能。以膨胀剂掺量为8%~12%、粉煤灰掺量10%~20%、聚丙烯纤维掺量0.55~1.05 kg/m^3、减水剂掺量1.0%~1.4%为考虑因素,采用响应曲面法,以混凝土抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度为响应值,建立二次回归拟合模型,获得综合性能最佳的混凝土配合比。试验结果表明:膨胀剂9.82%、粉煤灰10%、聚丙烯纤维0.82 kg/m^3、减水剂1.13%时,补偿收缩混凝土抗压性能最佳,实测强度61.4 MPa;膨胀剂8%、粉煤灰19.98%、聚丙烯纤维0.55 kg/m^3、减水剂1.22%,补偿收缩混凝土劈裂抗拉强度最佳,实测值5.16 MPa。响应曲面法能较好的预测试验结果,抗压强度与预测值偏差6.8%,劈裂抗拉强度与预测值偏差5.6%,具有一定的工程应用价值。The response surface method(Box-Behnken design)was used to optimize the mechanical properties of slightly expansive concrete.Taking 8% to 12% of expansion agent,10% to 20% of fly ash,0.55 kg/m^3 to 1.05 kg/m^3 of polypropylene fiber and 1.0% to 1.4% of water reducer as consideration,using the response surface methodology,using the concrete compressive strength and splitting tensile strength as response values,a quadratic regression fitting model was established to obtain the best overall concrete mix ratio.The test results show that when the expansion agent is 9.82%,the fly ash is 10%,the polypropylene fiber is 0.82 kg/m^3,and the water reducer is 1.13%,the compressive strength of the compensated shrinkage concrete is the best,and the measured strength is 61.4 MPa.When the expansion agent is 8%,fly ash is 19.98%,polypropylene fiber is 0.55 kg/m^3,and the water reducer is 1.22%.The splitting strength of the compensated shrinkage concrete is the best,and the measured value is 5.16 MPa.The response surface method can be used to predict the test results well.The specific performance is that the compressive strength is different from the predicted value by 6.8%,and the splitting tensile strength is 5.6% from the predicted value,which shows that this method has a certain value of engineering application.
