超声回弹综合法检测再生砖骨料混凝土强度

摘　　要：为解决再生砖骨料混凝土强度的无损检测技术问题,通过试验研究取代率为30%的再生砖骨料混凝土的回弹值、超声声速与抗压强度值之间的关系,采用回弹法和超声回弹综合法对再生砖骨料混凝土进行无损检测,拟合相应的测强回归曲线。试验研究表明:当再生砖骨料取代率为30%时,两种强度等级对应再生砖骨料混凝土的"回弹值-抗压强度值"和"超声声速-抗压强度值"的关系变化规律相似,再生砖混凝土的回弹值、超声声速均与抗压强度值均随龄期和强度等级的增长呈增长趋势,且抗压强度增长速度大于回弹值增长速度,回弹值增长速度大于超声声速增长速度。使用ZC3-A型混凝土回弹仪和非金属超声检测仪检测建立的超声回弹综合法测强回归曲线对再生砖骨料混凝土无损检测适用,且精准度较高。In order to solve the problem of non-destructive testing of recycled brick aggregate concrete strength,the relationship between springback value,ultrasonic speed of sound and compressive strength of recycled brick aggregate concrete with a replacement rate of 30% was experimentally studied.The non-destructive testing of recycled brick aggregate concrete was performed with the ultrasonic rebound method to fit the corresponding regression curves.Experimental studies show that when the replacement ratio of recycled brick aggregate is 30%.The strength rating has an impact on the relationship between the "rebound value-compressive strength value"and"ultrasonic sound velocity-compressive strength value"of recycled brick aggregate concrete.The springback value,ultrasonic velocity and compressive strength increased with recycled brick concrete′ age and strength grade.The growth rate of compressive strength is larger than that of springback,and the growth rate of springback is larger than that of ultrasonic velocity.The use of ZC3-A type concrete rebound tester and non-metallic ultrasonic detector established by ultrasonic rebound comprehensive method of strength regression curve for non-destructive testing of recycled brick aggregate concrete,and high accuracy.
