摘  要:在现代农业生产中,为达到精准喷洒农药、减少污染的目的,设计一种变量式喷药装置,可对喷药量进行精确控制,实现变量喷药。利用Simulink对装置的控制系统进行仿真,并与现有装置进行对比分析,在单位阶跃信号输入下,压力和施药量控制系统的响应时间分别为50 ms和45 ms。变量式喷药装置灵敏度高,农药有效利用率大幅提高,从而可提高农作物病虫害防治效果,对保证农产品质量安全和喷灌人员安全、减少环境污染,加快我国农业现代化的发展,具有重要意义。In modern agricultural production,in order to achieve accurate spraying of pesticides and reduce pollution,a variable spraying device is designed,which can accurately control the spraying amount and realize variable spraying.Simulink was used to simulate the control system of the device,and compared with the existing device,it can be seen that under the input of unit step signal,the response time of pressure and dosage control system was 50 ms and 45 ms respectively.Variable-type spraying device has high sensitivity,and the effective utilization rate of pesticide is greatly improved,which can improve the effect of prevention and control of crop disease and insect pests,and is of great significance to guarantee the quality and safety of agricultural products,the safety of sprinkling irrigation personnel,reduce environmental pollution,and accelerate the development of agricultural modernization in China.
