摘 要:为评价种源地及其迁地保护地的映山红种子的萌发特性,以安徽旌德丁家山地区采集的野生映山红种子和其迁地保护地江苏溧水的种子为试材,对其进行种子形态、千粒重、吸水率的观测,并研究不同光照时间、不同温度条件以及不同浓度赤霉素浸种对映山红种子萌发的影响。结果表明:2个采集地的映山红种子均细小,在大小、千粒重上差异不大,且其种皮透水性良好;适宜的萌发光照(12 h)和温度(25℃)条件一致;CA3在200~1000 mg·L-1范围内均显著促进种子萌发,以600~800 mg·L-1 GA3处理效果较佳。较之种源地,迁地保护地映山红种子扁化率和吸水率显著降低,种子发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数显著提高。迁地保护有效提高了映山红种子的活力。To evaluate the germination characteristics of Rhododendron simsii seeds from provenance and ex situ conservation test site,the R.simsii seeds collected from Dingjiashan area of Jingde Mountain in Anhui Province and it’s ex situ conservation site Lishui in Jiangsu Province were used as research materials to observe the morphology of seeds,1000-seed weight and water absorption rate.And the effects of different light time,different temperature conditions and different concentrations of GA3 were studied on the germination of R.simsii seeds.The results showed that the seed of R.simsii from 2 collection site were very small,the size and the 1000-seed weight didn’t showed significant differences.The water-absorbing of 2 collection site seeds were very good.The suitable germination light and germination temperature of R.simsii from ex situ conservation test site were 12 h and 25℃respectively,which were the same to those provenance from Jingde.GA3 soaking treatment was significantly promoted the germination of R.simsii seeds in the range of 200~1000 mg·L-1,and 600~800 mg·L-1 GA3 soaking treatment was better.The flat rate and the water absorption rate of R.simsii seeds from ex situ conservation test site were significantly lower than those from provenance,and the seed germination rate,germination potential and germination index were significantly improved than those in provenance.The seed vigor of R.simsii was improved effectively through ex situ conservation.
