易罐疗法联合针刺治疗慢性腰痛37例的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察易罐疗法联合针刺治疗慢性腰痛的临床疗效。方法 74例慢性腰痛患者随机分为对照组和观察组,分别采用针刺治疗或针刺+易罐疗法10 d。比较两组治疗后Oswestry功能障碍指数问卷表(ODI)、改良日本骨科学协会下腰痛评分(JOA)、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分。结果观察组治疗后1个月ODI、VAS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.01),而JOA评分高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论易罐疗法联合针刺治疗慢性腰痛患者可明显减轻疼痛,改善功能。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of cupping therapy and acupuncture in chronic lumbago. Methods Seventy-four patients with chronic lumbago were randomly treated with acupuncture(control group) or acupuncture plus cupping therapy(observation group) for 10 days. Oswestry Dability Index(ODI), modified Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA) and visual analogue scale(VAS) were compared between 2 groups after therapy. Results Compared with control group, ODI and VAS scores were lower(P<0.01), while JOA scores were higher in observation group 1 month after treatment(P<0.01). Conclusion Combined cupping therapy and acupuncture can significantly alleviate pain and improve function in patients with chronic lumbago.
