摘  要:本文介绍了淀粉废水处理的现状和发展趋势,对分散聚合法合成阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)絮凝剂的研究方法进行阐述。并以聚乙二醇20000(PEG20000)为分散稳定剂,在过硫酸铵/亚硫酸氢钠(APS/SB)引发体系引发下,将丙烯酰胺(AM)和甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)进行分散聚合得到了阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)水包水乳液。考察了影响乳液絮凝性能的参数。结果表明:合成的CPAM乳液絮凝效果良好,絮凝效果主要受CPAM用量、搅拌速度及搅拌时间等因素影响。In this paper,the present situation and development trend of starch waste-water treatment are introduced,and the research methods of cationic polyacrylamide(CPAM)flocculant synthesized by dispersion polymerization are described.Cationic polyacrylamide((CPAM))water-in-water emulsion is prepared by dispersion polymerization of acrylamide(AM)and methacrylic ethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride(DMC)with polyethylene glycol 20000(PEG20000)as dispersion stabilizer and ammonium bisulfate/sodium bisulfite(APS/SB)initiator system.The parameters affecting the flocculation performance of emulsion are investigated.The results show that the synthesized CPAM emulsion is flocculated.The flocculation effect is mainly affected by the amount of CPAM,stirring speed and stirring time.
