摘 要:血管创伤常见于战争时期,主要由爆炸等原因造成,是导致战争伤亡率升高的关键原因。其损伤部位以四肢血管发生率最高,其次为颈部、骨盆部、胸腹部,且动脉损伤多于静脉损伤。血管创伤动物模型是一种应用于军事医学研究的动物模型,可模拟战场血管创伤情况,对降低血管创伤导致的战场伤亡率至关重要。目前血管创伤动物模型主要包括创伤性血管疾病模型和创伤性出血模型两大类。兔类、鼠类、猪类为血管创伤动物模型的常用动物种类。本文就近年来血管创伤动物模型的研究进展及未来发展和困境作一综述。Vascular injury is common in war and is mainly caused by explosion and other causes.It is the key cause for the increase of war casualties.The incidence of vascular injury is the highest in extremities,followed by neck,pelvis,chest and abdomen,and arterial injury is more than venous injury.The animal model of vascular injury is an animal model used in military medical research.It can simulate vascular trauma on the battle eld,and is essential to reduce the battle eld casualties caused by vascular injury.At present,there are two kinds of animal models of vascular injury used in clinical research,including traumatic vascular disease model and traumatic bleeding model.Rabbits,murine and pigs are the common experimental animals for the animal models of vascular injury.In this review,we sum up the recent research advances,future development and dif culties of animal models of vascular injury.
