超声辅助PET共价接枝化学镀镍铜磷及性能研究

摘  要:通过聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)表面共价接枝改性和镍离子还原法,研究PET在超声辅助及不同硫酸铜含量下中温化学镀镍铜磷合金及其性能。使用红外衰减全反射光谱(ATR/FT-IR)、能谱扫描(EDS)、X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)和电化学工作站等进行表征。结果表明:经过接枝改性的PET表面可利用超声辅助成功进行中温化学镀镍铜磷合金;超声辅助有利于提高镀层沉积速度,改善镀层结合力和耐蚀性;镀层的沉积速度和耐蚀性随铜离子浓度的增加呈现先增后降的趋势。SEM和XRD显示加入适量铜可有效改善镀层形貌使之更加细致均匀,非晶态的结构也可有效提高镀层的耐蚀性。Polyethylene terephthalate(PET) surface was modified by covalent grafting and nickel ion reduction. The properties of electroless nickel-copper-phosphorus plating on PET under medium temperature and different copper sulfate contents were studied. The samples were characterized by total reflection infrared spectroscopy(ATR/FT-IR), energy spectrum scanning(EDS), X-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and electrochemical workstation. The results show that the electroless nickel-copper-phosphorus alloy plating is successfully performed on the surface of grafted PET under medium temperature and ultrasonic assistance. The deposition rate, corrosion resistance and binding force of the coatings can be improved by ultrasonic assistance. The deposition rate and corrosion resistance of the coatings increased first and then decreased with the increase of copper ion concentration. SEM and XRD results show that proper addition of copper can effectively improve the morphology of the coating with fine and uniform structure. The amorphous structure can effectively improve the corrosion resistance of the coating.
