摘  要:为研究烟道结构对烟气流动及烟道阻力的影响情况,文中选取了电站锅炉尾部烟道开展了数值模拟仿真研究。研究表明,烟气经过绕流内部支撑结构,给气流带来了损失,在拐角附近、联箱中、爬升段也产生了漩涡运动,是烟道阻力主要产生的地方,气流中携带的粉尘粒子,也会损失气体的一些能量,不考虑粉尘与考虑粉尘条件下烟道阻力二者差异约26 Pa。同时考察了烟道内两路烟气流量的均衡性情况,发现,两路烟气在原有流量基础上偏差±5%时,那么后续的除尘器入口两路烟气的流量偏差接近了±14%,而若两路烟气流量偏差±10%的话,那么后续除尘器入口的烟气流量偏差则达到±18%,而且流动还存在不稳定性,两路流量也始终有波动。In order to study the influence of flue structure on flue gas flow and flue resistance,this paper selects the tail flue of utility boiler to carry out numerical simulation research.The research shows that the flue gas passing through the internal supporting structure of the flow brings loss to the air flow,and vortex motion is also generated near the corner,in the header and in the climbing section.It is the main place where the flue gas resistance is generated.The dust particles carried in the air flow will also lose some energy of the gas,and the difference between the flue gas resistance without considering dust and considering dust is about 26 Pa.At the same time,the balance of the two flue gas flow in the flue is investigated.It is found that when the deviation of the two flue gas flow is±5%on the basis of the original flow,the flow deviation of the two flue gas flow at the inlet of the subsequent precipitator is close to±14%.If the deviation of the two flue gas flow is±10%,the flow deviation of the flue gas flow at the inlet of the subsequent precipitator is±18%,and the flow is unstable.The flow also fluctuates all the time.
