摘　　要：农村广播在近半个世纪的历程里,作为主要的宣传、娱乐、信息渠道,对农村经济、社会和文化的发展起了非常重要的作用。90年代后期,随着农村经济的多元化和农村乡镇建设的城市化进程地加快,各种新媒体的普及以及人们对广播功能认识上的片面理解,大部分农村广播呈逐年下滑趋势,到2004年广播电台处于全面停播,设备全部淘汰,农村广播声音全部消失的局面。基于有线电视网络发展、覆盖几乎所有的乡村而进行的有线广播建设,传输方式采用共揽传输技术,这样可以大大减轻网络的建设成本与维护成本;同时增加有线广播的应急功能和点对点广播,对防御自然灾害和特殊播出具有非常好的效果。In the course of nearly half a century,rural broadcasting has played a very important role in the development of rural economy,society and culture as the main publicity,entertainment and information channels.In the late 1990s,with the diversification of the rural economy and the acceleration of the urbanization process of rural township construction,the popularization of various new media and the one-sided understanding of people s understanding of broadcasting functions,most rural broadcasting showed a downward trend year by year.The radio station was in full stop broadcasting,all equipment was eliminated,and the rural broadcasting sounds disappeared.Based on the development of cable TV networks and the coverage of almost all rural areas,the transmission method adopts the common transmission technology,which can greatly reduce the network construction cost and maintenance cost.At the same time,it increases the emergency function of cable broadcasting and peer-to-peer broadcasting,which is beneficial to defending natural disasters and special broadcasts.
