2017～2019年云南省建水县高致病性禽流感和新城疫免疫抗体监测分析

摘　　要：为了解建水县近几年高致病性禽流感(HPAI)和新城疫(ND)的免疫效果及疫情动态,本试验随机从8个乡镇中的规模化鸡场和散养户中共采集了1200份鸡血清,采用血凝(HA)和血凝抑制(HI)试验进行抗体检测分析。结果显示:建水县2017~2019年ND的抗体合格率分别为94.17%、98.67%、90%。HPAI H5亚型的抗体合格率分别为90.5%、99.67%、90.33%;HPAI H7亚型的抗体合格率分别为90.5%、99.67%、90.33%。其中西庄镇、青龙镇、南庄镇、李浩寨乡、曲江镇、面甸镇、甸尾乡、临安镇8个乡镇ND抗体合格率分别为86.25%、96.88%、98.5%、80%、98%、98.33%、72.5%、96.07%;HPAI H5亚型抗体合格率分别为90.63%、94.38%、96%、85%、96%、93.33%、77.5%、97.5%;HPAI H7亚型抗体合格率分别为90.63%、94.38%、96%、85%、95.5%、93.33%、77.5%、97.5%。8个乡镇的ND和HPAI(H5、H7)抗体合格率到达到国家农业部规定的标准。这些为该地区ND和HPAI的防控提供参考依据。In order to understand the immune effects and epidemic situation of Highly pathogenic avian influenza(HPAI)and Newcastle disease(ND)in Jianshui County in recent years,1200 chicken sera were collected randomly from large-scale chicken farms and retail farmers in eight townships.The antibody was detected by hemagglutination(HA)and hemagglutination inhibition(HI)tests.The results showed that the qualified rates of ND antibodies in Jianshui County from 2017 to 2019 were94.17%,98.67%and 90%respectively.Antibody qualified rates of HPAI H5 subtype were 90.5%,99.67%and 90.33%respectively;antibody qualified rates of HPAI H7 subtype and 90.5%,99.67%and90.33%respectively.The qualified rates of ND antibodies in 8 townships of Xizhuang,Qinglong,Nanzhuang,Lihaozhai,Qujiang,Miandian,Dianwei and Linan towns were 86.25%,96.88%,98.5%,80%,98%,98.33%,72.5%and 96.07%,respectively;The qualified rates of HPAI H5 subtype antibodies were90.63%,94.38%,96%,85%,96%,93.33%,77.5%and 97.5%respectively;The qualified rates of HPAI H7 subtype antibodies were 90.63%,94.38%,96%,85%,95.5%,93.33%,77.5%and 97.5%respectively.The qualified rates of ND and HPAI(H5,H7)antibodies in 8 townships reached the standards set by the Ministry of Agriculture.These provide reference for the prevention and control of ND and HPAI in this area.
