摘  要:为研究YBF-04结冰风洞试验段内云雾均匀性和液态水含量分布情况,采用冰生长测量法,搭建结冰格栅和多圆柱试验件,在相同的来流条件和喷雾条件下开展结冰试验。其中,多圆柱试验装置可分别在旋转和静止两种状态下进行试验。格栅试验装置表面结冰情况,可直观反映试验段内云雾分布区域及均匀性情况;通过测量试验件表面结冰厚度,可计算试验段内局部液态水含量分布。试验结果表明,YBF-04结冰风洞内云雾分布范围主要集中在试验段截面75%区域内,但由于试验过程中喷雾水滴的沉降和喷嘴堵塞,云雾均匀性有待提高;格栅结冰后风洞阻塞比增加,风洞试验段内参数发生明显变化,而多圆柱在试验过程中对风洞流场参数影响较小,液态水含量测量准确度相对更高。An experimental investigation in the icing wind tunnel YBF-04 has been conducted to measure the icing cloud uniformity and liquid water content(LWC)distribution in the test section.An icing grid and a multi-cylinder equipment are both used in the experiments as the measurement instruments,in which the multi-cylinder can be operated under two states,rotating and stationary.As for the three measurement techniques,the experimental icing conditions are all the same,including the airflow speed and temperature,as well as the spray air and water pressure.According to the ice accretion on the icing grid,the cloud uniformity in the test section can be observed directly while the LWC value can be calculated by the measured ice thickness.In the same way,the multi-cylinder equipment also can be applied to measure the local LWC at the centerline of the test section.The experimental results show that,the icing cloud is mainly concentrated in 75%area of the test section but the uniformity still needs to be improved because of the droplet settling and nozzle clogging.In addition,when the ice accretion occurs on the icing grid surface,the blockage ratio of the icing wind tunnel will increase with time,which can lead to the significant change of the airflow parameters,as well as the greater measurement error.But the effect during the multi-cylinder experiments is smaller and negligible.Thus,the measurement of LWC distribution has higher accuracy by using multi-cylinder equipment.
