摘  要:目的建立司他夫定散有关物质测定的方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为岛津C 18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);以0.01 mol/L醋酸铵溶液—乙腈(95∶5)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为266 nm。结果杂质胸腺嘧啶在0.10~1.02μg/mL(r=0.9999,n=6)浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系;杂质胸腺嘧啶的平均回收率为99.8%(RSD=1.0%)。结论本测定方法简便、快捷、准确,为司他夫定散有关物质的测定提供了准确可靠的分析方法。Objective To establish a method for the determination of related substances in stavudine powder.Methods High Performance Liquid Chromatography was adopted and the sample was analyzed in Shimadzu C 18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm).The mobile phase was composed of 0.01 mol/L ammonium acetate solution and acetonitrile(95∶5)at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.UV 266 nm was set as detection wavelength.Results The calibration curve was linear within the range of 0.10~1.02μg/mL(r=0.9999,n=6)for thyrimidine.The average recovery was 99.8%(RSD=1.0%)for thyrimidine.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and reliable for the determination of related substances in stavudine powder.
