摘  要:为探究生姜粉与中草药复方联合作用对高温环境中蛋鸡心脏和肝脏结构和功能的影响,将25周龄罗曼粉壳蛋鸡240只随机分为6组,即常温对照组(NC,25±1℃)、高温对照组(HC,32±1℃)以及4个试验组(0D、LD、MD、HD,32±1℃),对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中分别添加0、5、10、15 g/kg生姜粉+3.32 g/kg中草药复方合剂,每组4个重复,每个重复10只鸡。结果表明:高温环境能显著提高蛋鸡血清中LDH-L、AST的含量(P<0.05),提高CK-MB、α-HBDH、ALT、ALP的含量(P>0.05),四个处理组均能不同程度地降低蛋鸡血清中心、肝功能酶的含量,MD组的作用效果最好(P<0.05);四个剂量组均能较好地改善持续高温对心、肝组织细胞的损伤,MD和HD组的效果较好(P<0.05);持续高温引起肝脏细胞发生脂肪变性、颗粒变性,细胞膨大,空泡化,细胞轮廓模糊等,四个处理组均能够改善高温对蛋鸡肝脏的损伤,MD和HD组基本上能使细胞损伤恢复到正常状态。To investigate the effect of ginger powder combined with Chinese herbal medicine on function and histomorphology of the heart and liver of laying hens in high temperature environment, a total of 240 Romhan laying hens at 25 weeks were randomly divided into normal temperature control group(NC, 25±1 ℃), high temperature control group(HC,32±1 ℃), and four testing groups(0 D,LD, MD,HD,32±1 ℃).The control groups were fed basal diet, while experimental groups were fed the basic diet adding 0,5,10,15 g/kg ginger powder and 3.32 g/kg Chinese herbal medicine compound mixture respectively. Each group had four repetition and 10 chickens for each repetition.Results showed that high temperature environment can significantly increase the contents of LDH-L and AST in the serum of laying hens(P<0.05), and increase the contents of CK-MB, α-HBDH, ALT and ALP(P>0.05). The serum center and liver function enzyme content of laying hens could be reduced in all four treatment groups,and the effect of MD group was most significant(P<0.05). The damage of sustained high temperature to heart and liver tissue cells were improved in the four dosing groups, and the MD and HD groups had better effects(P<0.05).The sustained high temperature induced fatty degeneration and granulo degeneration of liver cells, cell enlargement, vacuolation and blurring of cell contour;all the four treatment groups could ameliorate the liver damage caused by high temperature, and the MD and HD groups could basically restore the cell damage to the normal state.
