昭苏牧区放牧绵羊血清6种常量元素分析

摘　　要：为了解昭苏牧区放牧绵羊常量元素的盈缺情况,分别于春季、夏季、秋季和冬季选取成年母羊和育成母羊各10只,测定其血清及其四季所采食牧草中钙、磷、钾、钠、镁和硫含量。结果表明:该牧区不同季节牧草中所含钙、磷、钾、钠、镁和硫含量范围分别为0.64%~1.17%、0.12%~0.23%、0.54%~1.81%、0.04%~0.05%、0.17%~0.28%和0.23%~0.28%;牧草中钙、钾、镁和硫均可满足放牧绵羊的营养需要;磷存在季节性缺乏,冬季不能满足需要;钠全年缺乏;不同季节放牧成年母羊血清中钙、磷、钾、钠和镁含量范围为117.42~144.26 mg/L、81.07~123.17 mg/L、184.33~215.05 mg/L、3385.60~3590.00 mg/L和21.13~28.88 mg/L;放牧育成母羊血清中钙、磷、钾、钠和镁含量范围为61.13~68.86 mg/L、63.14~128.58 mg/L、204.00~277.33 mg/L、3390.50~3587.50 mg/L和20.58~28.19 mg/L,均处于正常范围。因此,昭苏地区四季放牧绵羊冬季应注意磷的补充,全年需补充食盐。To know the surplus and deficiency of major elements in grazing sheep in Zhaosu area, ten adult ewes and ten growing ewes were chosen in each season in this study to measure the contents of major elements in sheep serum and grasses in the four seasons, including Ca, P, K, Na, Mg and S. The results showed that the contents of Ca, P, K, Na, Mg and S were 0.64~1.17%, 0.12~0.23%, 0.54~1.81%, 0.04~0.05%, 0.17~0.28% and 0.23~0.28% in grass in this area. Ca, K, Mg and S could meet the nutritional requirements of grazing sheep in different seasons, while P couldnot satisfy the requirements in winter, presenting seasonal deficiency, and the grasses were deficient in Na throughout the year. The contents of Ca, P, K, Na and Mg in serum of adult ewes were 117.42~144.26 mg/L, 81.07~123.17 mg/L, 184.33~215.05 mg/L, 3385.60~3590.00 mg/L and 21.13~28.88 mg/L. The contents of Ca, P, K, Na and Mg in serum of growing ewes were 61.13~68.86 mg/L, 63.14~128.58 mg/L, 204.00~277.33 mg/L, 3390.50~3587.50 mg/L and 20.58~28.19 mg/L,all within the normal range.So,phosphorus should be supplemented to grazing sheep during winter,and salt all year round,in zhaosu area.
