摘 要:为了研究不同品种黑麦草在生长发育过程中光合作用的变化规律,本试验利用Li-6400光合仪测定多年生黑麦草(Lolium Perenne L.)钻石(Dimond)、卓越(Eminent)、百盛(Bison)、多福(Tove)在孕穗期、初花期和盛花期光合特性,并同期测定H2O2含量。结果表明,多年生黑麦草在盛花期净光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、气孔导度(Gs)、胞间CO2浓度(Ci)显著低于孕穗期(P<0.05)。孕穗期的Pn、Gs、Ci显著低于初花期(P<0.05)。H2O2含量在不同花期也存在显著差异(P<0.05),其中品种百盛初花期比孕穗期H2O2含量升高了34.13%,盛花期比孕穗期H2O2含量升高了48.92%,盛花期比初花期H2O2含量升高了11.03%。通过相关性分析发现,黑麦草孕穗期H2O2含量与Gs呈显著正相关(r=0.650,P<0.05),与Tr呈极显著正相关(r=0.860,P<0.01),与Ci呈极显著正相关(r=0.740,P<0.01);初花期H2O2含量与Tr呈显著正相关(r=0.570,P<0.05),与Pn呈极显著正相关(r=0.810,P<0.01);盛花期H2O2含量与Ci呈显著负相关(r=-0.490,P<0.05)。多年生黑麦草光合作用与氧化胁迫呈正比。To study photosynthetic changes with the aging process in different perennial ryegrass varieties, Li-6400 photosynthesis system was used to measure photosynthetic characteristics in varieties of perennial ryegrass(Lolium Perenne L.cv. Dimond, cv. Eminent, cv.Bison, cv. Tove) during the booting stage, early flowering stage and flowering stage. And the content of H2O2 was determined in the same period. The results show that there was a significant downward trend of Pn(Net photosynthetic rate), Tr(Transpiration rate), Gs(stomatal conductance) and Ci(intercellular CO2 concentration) in flowering stage of Perennial ryegrass compared in booting stage(P<0.05). Pn, Gs and Ci at early flowering stage were lower than booting stage(P<0.05). There were significant differences in H2O2 content during flowering stage(P<0.05). Content of H2O2 at early flowering stage of Bison increased by 34.13% than booting stage. Content of H2O2 at flowering stage increased by 48.92% than booting stage. Content of H2O2 at flowering stage increased by 11.03% than the early flowering stage. Correlation analysis showed that in booting stage, content of H2O2 at booting stage of ryegrass had a significant positive correlation with Gs(r=0.650, P<0.05), a highly significantly positive correlation with Tr(r=0.860, P<0.01), and a significantly positive correlation with Ci(r=0.740, P<0.01);Content of H2O2 at early flowering stage showed a significantly positive correlation with Tr(r=0.570, P<0.05) and Pn(r=0.810, P<0.01);Content of H2O2 at flowering stage showed a significant negative correlation with Ci(r=-0.490, P<0.05). The photosynthesis of perennial ryegrass was positively related to oxidative stress.
