摘 要:多年来,河北省一直处于"低收入、低消费"循环怪圈,单纯从收入、消费切入都无法解决问题,没有效益增加收入会丧失竞争力,没有收入增加消费是无源之水,单靠本省消费也很难拉动某一产业、增加收入。经测算发现,河北省营销能力弱、贸易竞争力低,企业重生产、不重销售,造成产品市场占有率低,好产品卖不上好价钱,进而导致收入低、消费低,两者恶性循环。破解办法是从营销切入,以销售带动生产、优化供给、提高收入,以销售拉动本省消费、开拓省外市场,同时弥补收入短板弱项,从根本上解决"低收入低消费"循环难题。Hebei province has been in a vicious cycle of "low income and low consumption" for many years. It can not solve the problem simply starting from income and consumption.Without increasing income, it will lose its competitiveness. Consumption without income is water without a source.Through calculation, it is found that Hebei province has weak marketing ability, low trade competitiveness, enterprises focus on production rather than sales, resulting in a low market share of products, good products can not sell at a good price, resulting in low income, low consumption, and a vicious cycle of both.The solution is to get into the marketing. Sales drive production, optimize supply, increase income;sales drive consumption in this province, develop the market outside the province. And making up the weak points of income at the same time, we can fundamentally solve the "low income and low consumption" cycle problem.
